Thank you for visiting The Little Red Door. I was previously on Etsy where I enjoyed over 3800 items sold. Please take your time browsing among my little houses. I love to make them and I hope you find one to call your own :) 

 

My little houses and other ceramic items are 100% handmade by myself in my home studio. I use stoneware clay and non-toxic commercial glazes,  fired in a Skutt kiln. 

 

Please take a moment to read the general policies listed below before making a purchase.

 

Payment

All items must be paid in full at time of purchase please. I accept payment only through Paypal. 

 

 

Shipping

I always ship to the address on the Paypal invoice. I am happy to ship gifts directly to recipients, if you require this service please let me know in the notes to seller. 

I ship via Canada Post from Calgary,AB, within 5 business days of purchase.

Packages to overseas and Eastern areas of the USA can take anywhere from 7 to 28 BUSINESS days to arrive once mailed from my area. 

28 business days = FIVE CALENDAR WEEKS. 

Please keep in mind that I have no control over the speed of shipment once posted; once mailed it has left my hands. 

I cannot make any guarantees over arrival times as I am not the one personally delivering it to your location.

With all my past experiences mailing to the USA & overseas a 3 week wait is very common, and a 4 week wait not unheard of. If you are purchasing an item for an occasion and you are outside of Canada I would advise making the purchase a month or more in advance. 

I will not consider an item lost until 5 weeks has passed from the date of mailing. In the event your item is lost in transit a replacement item of equal value will be issued. 

Please be aware that all packages coming into your country from another may be subject to a customs handling from your country. This can add additional wait time. If your country levies a customs charge on your purchased merchandise, that is out of my control completely, and that is your responsibility to pay.

Refunds and Exchanges

Please be sure of your purchase as all sales are final. In the event your item is lost in transit or arrives damaged, a replacement item of equal value will be issued. 

 

If your item has arrived damaged you must provide me with photos of said damage within 48 hours of receipt. Please message me via the CONTACT button above.

I accept most custom orders for items in the style and themes shown in current products and on my Instagram. Please message me using the Contact button here on site. 

I reserve the right to refuse service and cancel transactions. 

Any cancellations will be fully refunded.
